We’re confident you’ll love your new art but if your not satisfied for any reason, simply request a replacement within 30 days of shipping. Be sure to contact us at email@example.com with any concerns or questions. Please note that shipping costs, both outgoing and return shipping, are not refunded. Your satisfaction is important to us and we’ll ensure you’re happy with your new art.
We carefully and professionally package each piece with care for safe travels but if your piece does arrive damaged, we will return a new piece free of charge. We would just need a photo proof of damage after the delivery date and piece needs to be shipped within 30 days. After the piece arrives, your replacement will be shipped within 2 weeks.
We don’t accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Once your artwork is returned in its original state within the 30 days of delivery we will work on your replacement or exchange right away.
